By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

Dent-Ez provides a marketplace where patients can find and book dental treatments in foreign countries. The platform does not provide any dental services directly, and any dental services are provided by independent third-party dental clinics and professionals (“Dental Providers”).

Disclaimer

• Dent-Ez is not responsible for the quality of dental services provided by Dental Providers.
• We act as a facilitator, connecting patients and Dental Providers. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any dental treatments or services.
• The platform does not practice medicine or dentistry and does not interfere with the professional judgment of any Dental Provider.

User Responsibilities

Eligibility

By using the Platform, you affirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age
• Capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information when required

Personal Health

• It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they are physically fit and suitable for dental treatments before booking
• Patients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant health information to the Dental Providers before treatment

Travel and Accommodation

• Users are responsible for arranging their travel, accommodation, and other logistics unless otherwise provided as part of a package by the Platform
• The platform is not responsible for any travel-related issues, including but not limited to visa issues, transportation delays, or health complications arising during travel

Dental Providers

Selection of Providers

The platform allows patients to choose from a list of Dental Providers. Although we take steps to verify the qualifications of Dental Providers listed on the platform, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or competence of the services provided.

Treatment Plans and Costs

• Dental Providers will present a proposed treatment plan, including costs, before treatment
• All payments for dental services are made directly to the Dental Provider, and the platform is not responsible for payment disputes

Bookings and Payments

Appointment Scheduling

• Users can schedule appointments with Dental Providers via the platform
• Appointment availability is determined by the Dental Provider

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary between Dental Providers. Users should review the specific cancellation policies of the chosen provider
• Dent-Ez is not responsible for any refunds or compensation for cancelled or rescheduled treatments

Limitation of Liability

• Dent-Ez disclaims all liability for any medical complications, injuries, or negative outcomes resulting from treatments provided by Dental Providers
• The platform will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the platform will not exceed the fees paid to the platform (if any) preceding the event giving rise to the claim

User Content

By submitting any reviews, feedback, or other content to the platform, you grant Dent-Ez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display that content in connection with the platform.
