The amount received for referring a family member or friend will depend on their treatment plan. You will be notified via email with all the information.
What if I need imaging before my treatment?
If you require imaging before treatment, we can refer you to CT Dent – An independent dental imaging provider, with centres throughout the UK, that serve as third-party service providers to us, are all fully equipped with the latest technology. Please contact us for more information and or for this to be arranged.
How do I provide relevant scans and dental reports before my treatment?
Your chosen clinic will provide details of all the required information they need before treatment, and how to send it across.
Are your dentists registered and how do you verify them?
All clinics listed on our website are registered. You can learn more about the verification process on our about us page, alternatively, you can email us at: info@dent-ez.com for more information.
Can I get medical/dental insurance before I travel?
Yes, we recommend Medical Shield Travel for dental insurance. Please contact us if you would like further information.
What post/after care do you offer?

What will happen if I have a complication?

What happens if I need to cancel my treatment?
No deposit is required. No cancellation fee. Appointments can be rearranged to an alternative date.
How long on average will the dental treatment take from start to finish?
Approximately, treatments will last between 1-7 days depending on what’s being done.
Will this include hotel expenses?
Your dentist/clinic will arrange the hotel and this will be included in the cost quoted.
Will this include flights?
This does not include flights.
How much should I budget on average for my Dental Treatment?
This will vary significantly depending on what treatment you have done. Please speak to your preferred dental clinic in order to budget.
What happens if we wish to withdraw our partnership?
To withdraw from the partnership an email must be sent to info@dent-ez.com. Once received, the subscription/contract will then be cancelled.
What support or assistance do you offer to clients during their visit to our clinic?
The support services we offer from our partners are medical travel insurance, independent dental imaging (if needed) and post-care services. More information can be found on our about us page or by contacting us
How do you handle client inquiries and bookings for our clinic?
Clients will reach out to us via email info@dent-ez.com. Emails will then be answered appropriately. We provide an interest form below for your clinic’s information, clients can then connect with your clinic directly and book appointments.
What are the terms of our partnership agreement?

Do you have insurance or liability coverage for clients referred to our clinic?
Yes, we have insurance coverage as an agency, but our role is limited to providing patient referrals through marketing efforts. We don’t handle any part of the actual treatment process, as that responsibility rests entirely with the clinic. Our insurance is structured to cover our marketing activities, ensuring compliance in our role as a referral agency
What information do you provide to clients about our clinic?
Dent-Ez provides imagery, treatments available, clinic facilities, FAQs, social media links, languages spoken, accreditations and photo evidence of your certifications.
What is your process for referring patients to our clinic?
Dent-Ez is a platform where clients can freely access and choose the best clinic for them, depending on their needs. Once they choose their clinic they will then have full access to be able to directly communicate with your clinic.
Do you have specific criteria for selecting partner clinics?
